1-Account FAQ's

Why should I open a Etehas account? I am tired of opening new accounts and need a better way out!

First of all, having a Etehas account is not mandatory to shop for your dream garment. However, having an account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, track your reward points and makes checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account. It also enables you to save your vital stats which helps us achieve your dream fit, during manufacturing of tailored garments.

How can I open a Etehas account? 

To create a Etehas account, click on Login icon that appears on the top right corner of your screen. You can create your account using Facebook or Email ID. If you create your account using Facebook, please use your Facebook password (These passwords are not stored by us). If you choose to Login using your Email ID, you can create and set your own password.

I think I may have forgotten my password. What do I do now?

With so many passwords to keep a track of, this is bound to happen once in a while :-) Not an issue! You can reset your password by providing your email id to us. 

2-About the fit FAQ

What is the difference between Slim fit & regular fit? & why do you have two fits?

We think every human in beautiful and we all come in different sizes and shape so if you a lean figured or you like body fitted clothes then go for slim fit & if you like relax wear then go for regular fit. 

3-Order FAQ

There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?

First of all, we are really sorry for the trouble. Please call us on +918595957765 contact@eteha.com or mail us at  with your error message, and we will resolve the issue ASAP. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Is shopping at Etehas secure?

Yes, shopping a Etehas is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (PayU and Paytm) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.

How can I pay for my orders?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  6. Cash on Delivery*
