How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?

We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at contact@etehas.com

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000, shipped within India.  A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 95 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000. For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable).For orders above INR 1500, we provide free shipping. When will you ship my order?

We process and ship your order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. All our products are made to order and it typically takes 2-3 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.

How long does it take to deliver my order? (How long will you make me wait before delivering my order?)

All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. 

What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?

We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at contact@etehas.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge could be charged on that.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
